The Oracle Product Development Team is pleased to invite your Oracle Practice to a 5-day Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud Implementation Workshop.
This Invite-Only hands-on workshop will be delivered by Oracle Development at No-Fee to Partners.
The training consists of live presentations, live demo, and hands-on laboratory exercises.

What will we cover
This 5-day workshop will review the complete PPM Cloud offering, including Project Financial Management and Project Execution Management and will cover the following topics:
- Overview of Fusion Project Portfolio Management
- Deploying enterprise structures
- Configuring security for users
- Overview of approval workflows
- Configure Sub Ledger Accounting for Fusion Project Portfolio Management
- Transactional Reporting for Projects
- Using Functional Setup Manager to configure applications setups
- Integration with Third Party applications and PaaS
- Personalization for Fusion Project Portfolio Management
- Deploying Fusion Project Control to plan, budget, collect progress and forecast a project
- Understanding how the Resource Breakdown Structure is used for planning and billing
- Deploying Fusion Project Costing to capture, process, distribute, adjust and allocate project related costs.
- Integrate Fusion Time and Labor with Fusion Project Portfolio Management
- Understand the Capital Asset flow to record asset costs and transfer to Fusion Assets.
- Deploying Fusion Project Billing and Fusion Project Contracts to manage contracts, billing and revenue
- Understand cross charge and transfer pricing between projects and legal entities
- Deploying Fusion Project Performance Reporting to monitor project performance
- Deploying Fusion Project Management and Fusion Task Management to plan and execute project based work and manage issues and changes
- Deploying Project Resource Management to manage project resource assignments
Training Format
- Approximately 4 hours of presentations and 4 hours of hands-on labs per day.
- Live web Q&A with Oracle Product Development team during the workshop.
- Access to Oracle Cloud partner community forum.
- Attendees will have access to training environments.
- In-Person attendees have the opportunity to bring and discuss specific use case scenarios with product experts.
Audience:Participants should have experience in implementing and extending Project Portfolio Management applications (e.g., Oracle EBS R12+, PSFT ESA, etc.)
Expected Outcome

Provide the following information: Workshop, Workshop date, InClass or Remote, Partner Company, Participant’s name, Participant’s Corporate Email Address, Resident Country, Participant’s Manager's Corporate Email Address.
- Please check possible conflicts with local holidays before registering. Note that some Workshops will take place from Sunday to Thursday.
- Upon Approval participant will receive an email Confirmation. The Confirmation email will contain all logistical information required. Should a Workshop be full, Candidates will be placed on a Waiting List and will be informed. It is recommended that Partners plan months ahead and for groups of participants in order to secure seats in the Workshops.
