Mariëlle de Macker started her career at Randstad in July 2011, as Managing Director Group HR. As functional leader of a global organization that is represented in 40 countries her responsibilities include creating and managing strategies in talent management, leadership development, employer branding, recruitment & engagement. Since her employment Mariëlle redesigned talent and performance management for Randstad’s senior leadership that successfully impacted the success of the company.
Before joining Randstad as Managing Director Group HR in 2011, Mariëlle was employed at General Electric. During the 13 years of her employment at GE she held several HR leadership roles in various industries (Chemical, Capital Finance, Technology Infrastructure and Corporate) based out of countries including The Netherlands, Belgium, France and The UK. Mariëlle has a MSc Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences at the University of Eindhoven.

Menno Lanting geldt als dé expert op het gebied van de impact van digitale technologie op leiderschap, ondernemerschap en hoe wij werken. Hij is veelgevraagd spreker en adviseur. Eerder was hij bijna 10 jaar in diverse managementfuncties werkzaam voor het leiderschapsinstituut de Baak en was hij in de jaren 90 betrokken bij de opzet van een van de eerste pan-Europese Internetbedrijven.
Meer dan 50 000 mensen lazen zijn bestsellers ‘Connect!’ (Managementboek van het Jaar 2011), ’Iedereen CEO’ (Longlist Managementboek van het Jaar 2012), ‘De slimme organisatie’ (2013), ‘Lead with a Tweet (2013) en ‘Olietankers en speedboten’ (2014).
| | Catherine Dolmans Berridge, Global Director Talent, Organizational Development & HR Operations - AkzoNobel
Catherine joined AkzoNobel in February 2013. She is globally responsible for Integrated Talent Management, Learning and Development and Culture, including the recent companywide Culture Change Initiative. In September 2014, Catherine took on additional responsibility for HR Operations, leading the global HR Shared Service Centers, in addition to the Centers of Expertise focused on HR data, processes and systems. Prior to joining AkzoNobel, Catherine spent most of her career with the US based Sara Lee Corporation. She spent twelve years in marketing roles, living and working in the UK, the Netherlands and Russia. She moved into the HR function when asked to lead the Sara Lee Diversity & Inclusion Program. She subsequently took on a range of leadership roles in HR Technology, HR Operations and Talent Management.
| | Fons van der Hall, Director Group HR & Facilities – Atradius Credit Insurance N.V.
Fons started his career at Atradius in February 2006, as Director Group Human Resources.
As Director of Global HR and Facilities at Atradius, with more than 160 offices in 50 countries and 3,300 staff, he is responsible for the worldwide HR organisation, managing all HR areas, including Compensation & Benefits (with pension obligations) Staffing, Management Development & Learning, Talent Management, Employer Relations, HRIS, Change management and CSR.
Fons has a broad international management experience in all facets of the Human Resources role, having worked across industries, continents and cultures. The six years before joining Atradius, he was Senior Corporate Vice-President Human Resources of ABN AMRO Lease Holding/Leaseplan Corporation, a leading global vehicle leasing company with global operations.
Before that, Fons worked for Nike for six years, of which three years as Director Human Resources Asia Pacific in Hong Kong. He started his career with Jonker-Du Croo, then moved to Quaker Oats and later on to ACNielsen Netherlands.
| | Henry Barenholz, Senior Director HCM Leader Benelux & Nordics Applications Leader Benelux - Oracle
During the last 2 years, Henry is responsible for defining Oracle’s HCM Strategy and Vision in the Benelux and Nordics region. Additionally, he represents Oracle’s overall Applications business in the Benelux region.
Henry’s primary focus is to support HR Leaders to increase productivity, accelerate business, lower costs and have real impact on their organization. Henry has more than 25 years experience in the Applications Software Industry, in various Sales, Sales Management and Leadership roles as well as a long history related to the HCM business and industry. Before joining Oracle, Henry has spent 7 years with Vantive & Peoplesoft, where he was leading PSFT’s CRM business across Asia Pacific. More recently, Henry spent 2 successful years at Oracle as the Senior Director Global BPO. Henry is a graduate of Insead, Fontainebleau.
| | Zeno Panhuyzen Sales Manager LinkedIn Talent Solutions Benelux
Zeno has a background in recruitment and sales and started his career with LinkedIn in 2010, when LinkedIn Benelux opened its office in Amsterdam. Over the past 2 years Zeno has been responsible for leading the LinkedIn Talent Solutions Relationship Management team within the Benelux and is in his current interim role responsible for the overall Talent Solutions proposition in the Benelux region.
The focus of Zeno is on building a strong talented team and helping their clients to do the same. His team is helping their clients attract future talent through the LinkedIn professional network and to build their employer brand in new and innovative ways.
His personal motivation comes from investing time to better understand people, to understand what motivates them and help them to become a better professional.

His enablement skills cover the building custom applications and extensions to the Oracle Applications Cloud using Oracle PaaS and SaaS, developer productivity, and the why and how of building voice, mobile, and wearable technology cloud solutions for the enterprise.
