Former England Test Cricket Captain Andrew Strauss was one of only 3 England Captains ever to successfully lead England to Ashes victories home and away. Now retired from his beloved sport, he has become a star on the speaking circuit, specialising in change, leadership and success.
Andrew scored over 7,000 Test runs and played 100 Tests, captaining England in 50 Tests and leading England to number 1 position in the World. In addition as player and captain of the One Day team, he made over 100 ODI appearances. Other achievements saw him nominated for 'BBC Sports Personality of the Year' twice and being granted the 'Freedom of the City of London'.

Paul O’Riordan has been with Oracle for eleven years and has been the Country Leader for Ireland since 2006. Rich Clayton is Vice President of Business Analytics Product Group and is responsible driving global adoption of Oracle’s Business Intelligence, Big Data Analytics and Enterprise Performance Management solutions. Rich is continuously researching industry trends, interacting with customers and partners, and presenting at finance forums, big data events and analytic symposiums around the world on Oracle’s strategy and the future of analytics.
Prior to joining Oracle, he was vice president of product strategy for Hyperion where he we was responsible for go-to-market planning, product positioning, market strategy, pricing and sales enablement. Rich has held several executive marketing positions for venture backed cloud startups. Before joining the technology industry, Rich held various corporate finance roles and was a public auditor with McGladery in Chicago. Rich earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Loras College.

Andrew joined local government straight from University as a Trainee Accountant at Hertfordshire County Council, where he held a number of roles across the Councils services.
Andrew moved to the London Borough of Hillingdon, where he became Assistant Director of Resources in Social Services before moving onto Slough Borough Council where he went onto become the Director of Resources as well as the lead for Shares Services and the Heart of Slough Regeneration programme.
Andrew then joined the London Borough of Havering as Group Director of Finance and Commerce, and having led the successful creation of oneSource a back office shared service with the London Borough of Newham, he has now become the Director of Community and Resources, responsible for all placed based services.
The London Borough of Havering is the third-largest in Greater London, with a population of 230,000; its administrative authority provides everything from education, housing, education, transportation through to waste management.

Anthony is currently the Head of Corporate BI Systems and Support responsible for analytics across the entire Corporate Services arena. From his previous roles he has brought with him a wide range of technical knowledge both from a business process perspective and in relation to the technical capabilities and future direction of the tools that help drive Enterprise Performance Management.
Anthony was previously, in 2008, the Head of Finance Systems where he was responsible for the strategic direction of Finance Systems and oversaw several major implementations within Finance. Prior to this in 2006, as the Business Planning Manager for the Maintenance function he introduced budgeting and planning tools which were quickly adopted throughout the organisation.
Anthony joined Network Rail in 2005 having come from a Systems Accounting background which he’d developed at Amec and British Rail.

Ray Eitel-Porter is a Managing Director with Accenture Digital, leading the UK & Ireland Analytics Practice. Since joining Accenture in 2013 he has led work to define the global information and analytics strategy for a major CPG company. He has also been driving warranty and supply chain analytics for an automotive manufacturer and leading a project to design and test a data monetization proposition for a cross-industry service provider. He is a regular speaker and social media commentator on the subjects of analytics, Big Data and Digital transformation. He sits on techUK’s Big Data & Analytics Council.
Before joining Accenture, Ray was an executive director and lead for the European practice of Opera Solutions, a global Big Data predictive analytics organization focused on the areas of sales and marketing, credit and risk, and supply chain. For several years he led the design and implementation of a ground-breaking analytics “Signal Hub” for a major global airline.
Prior to that, Ray was president of Dimexon Eurostar, a global diamond jewelry manufacturer. He established and built global sales and distribution, design and product development and oversaw all commercial functions.
Ray holds a Master of Arts in Modern Languages from Christ Church, Oxford as well as an MBA from INSEAD. He speaks analytics fluently, as well as English, German and French. Ray enjoys squash and skiing and lives in London with his wife and their two daughters.

As Head of Customer Analytics James is responsible for driving value from customer data for LexisNexis across the organisation. Prior to that James was Head of Product at Betfair responsible for the delivery of strategic programmes to provide relevant multi-channel communication to existing customers and prospects.

As the Group Head of Management Information Systems Elaine McKechnie is responsible for both business systems and infrastructure for the luxury food manufacturer, Baxters Food Group. Elaine joined Baxters in 2006 as part of the team to implement Oracle EBusiness Suite across UK operations, quickly followed by integrations into the Canadian, Polish and Australian business units. Nina has worked within the healthcare sector for 20 years and has spent the past seven years as a Head of Service within the NHS BSA an Arm's Length Body of the Department of Health. Nina works with other NHS and Government bodies to develop and implement policy and she is a member of the NHS National Information Board Working Group. Nina has successfully implemented projects to deliver secure information systems for use by the wider NHS and improved processes and systems to manage pensions administration for dentists. She has expertise in using analytics for the purposes of detecting and preventing fraud and error.
The NHS BSA provides a range of critical central services to NHS organizations in England & Wales, NHS contractors, patients and the public. This portfolio covers the management of the NHS Pension Scheme, the provision of strategic procurement and contract management expertise on Department of Health (DH), the payments to pharmacists for prescriptions (1 billion prescription items and payments totalling over £9 billion each year), and payments to dentists for work undertaken on NHS contracts (44 million dental forms and payments totalling over £2.5 billion). It also includes the provision of management information to over 25,000 registered NHS and DH users on costs and trends in prescribing and dental care in England and Wales.

James is the Deputy Group Finance Director for Network Rail, having previously had a focus on Network Operations with Network Rail.
Prior to Network Rail James was a Finance Director at May Gurney, now part of the Kier Group, who was an integrated support and construction company. James graduated from Dublin Business School.
In October 2002, Network Rail took over the running of Britain’s rail infrastructure with a mandate from the Government to improve the safety, reliability and efficiency of the railway. They operate, maintain and invest in Britain’s rail network: 20,000 miles of track (and infrastructure), 32,000 bridges and tunnels, 18 major stations, 2,500 other stations (leased to train operators) and 8,200 commercial properties.

As lead and expert on Big Data Laurent is responsible the huge amount of data collected during the development of new aircraft and their test flights. Prior to Airbus Laurent worked for ALTEN a European leader in engineering and technology consulting, providing support to its clients’ development strategies in the fields of innovation, R&D and it systems. He moved to ALTEN from Apside technologies.
Laurent graduated with a Master's degree, Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Enseeiht, A ‘‘Grande Ecole’’ School of Engineering.

Having graduated from Manchester University Patrick joined Arriva's UK Bus General Management Graduate Trainee Programme. He has subsequently worked for one of Arriva's rail franchises, Cross Country Trains, before returning to Arriva UK Bus as Head of Commercial Modelling.
Patrick leads the commercial analysis function within Arriva and leads the policy interaction on behalf of UK Bus for Regional Operating Companies. Within Arriva he is also responsible for ensuring that concessionary fare revenues are maximised. He has now more recently been appointed as General Manager of Hemel Hempstead Bus Depot.

Patrick will share how Arriva's transformed their business through the use of analytics in order to merge their on-bus and off-bus revenue sales channel data to deliver increased passenger numbers, passenger yield and improve operational efficiency. He will describe how the managed cloud service based on engineered systems has enabled them to reduce risk whilst providing both greater flexibility and the ability to address future demands from the business by exploiting the information in Arriva's commercial data warehouse.
