Chris Policinski is President and Chief Executive Officer of Land O' Lakes, Inc., and has over 30 years of experience in the food industry. He joined Land O'Lakes in 1997, and was appointed President and CEO in 2005. Prior to joining Land O'Lakes, Policinski held leadership positions with Kraft General Foods, Bristol-Myers Squib and The Pillsbury Company.
He is a member of Board of Directors of several industry associations (Grocery Manufacturers Association, National Milk Producers Federation, and National Council of Farmer Cooperatives), is involved in local community boards (Greater Twin Cities United Way and Trustee of University of Minnesota Foundation). Chris is also a member of the board of the U.S. Global Leadership Campaign, Xcel Energy and Hormel Foods.
Policinski earned his M.B.A. degree from New York University, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Mike Macrie assumed the role of Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Land O'Lakes in June 2013. Prior to this position, he was Vice President of Ag Services IT. Macrie led the transformation of Ag Services technology and the rebranding of Winfield and Purina across intranet and customer sites. Before joining Land O'Lakes, he held a breadth of roles at Ingersoll Rand, AlliedSignal and several start-ups, G5 Technologies and Multi-Media Solutions. Macrie has an M.B.A. from Duke University and a B.S. from Cornell University in Applied & Engineering Physics.

Sean D. Tucker's life is marked by a search for excellence and perfected skill. He is not satisfied unless he is learning, refining a skill, or conquering a fear. Whether he is climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, heli-skiing, cave SCUBA diving, golfing, or flying his one-of-a kind aerobatic dream machine, Sean D. Tucker is full-throttle and extremely accomplished. He has been flying airshows world-wide since the mid-70's and has won numerous aerobatic competitions. In that time, Sean has flown more than 1100 performances at more than 450 airshows, in front of more than 100 million fans. The level of professionalism and excitement in Sean's airshow displays is no coincidence. Sean practices his airshow routine three times every day. To endure the extreme physical demands of each routine, Sean maintains a rigorous physical training schedule by working-out over 340 days per year.
Sean has been named as one of the Living Legends in Aviation, National Aviation Hall of Fame inductee, recipient of the Crystal Eagle Award, the General Charles E. Yeager International Aeronautical Achievement Award, inductee at the 2001 USAF Gathering of Eagles, and named as one of the Living Legends of Flight. This raises Sean into an elite group of aviators and astronauts that includes General Jimmy Doolittle, General 'Chuck' Yeager, Bob Hoover, Gene Cernan and John Glenn. See Sean in action!

Mike Vande Logt assumed the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in Winfield Solutions effective January 1, 2013. Prior to this position, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Winfield Solutions, LLC since 2008. Vande Logt has 33 years of experience in the seed industry, the last 23 with Land O'Lakes. He was most recently vice president, Marketing, Winfield Solutions, Seed Division. Upon joining Land O'Lakes, Vande Logt was a Corn Product Manager, Director of Marketing and Director of Sales and Marketing before assuming his leadership roles within the Seed Division.

Nick leads Deloitte Consulting's Consumer Products Practice. Nick has led engagements with his clients on issues ranging from the strategic to the tactical in areas such as portfolio management, marketing ROI, predictive analytics, and overall go-to-market effectiveness. Nick has advised companies over the past 18 years and recently served as an expert witness on the industry in a high profile federal court case. Nick is an active member of the GMA's Associate Member Council and a voting member of the GMA's Innovation Award Committee. He is also a Research Advisory Board member of both Consumer Goods Magazine and the Trade Promotion Management Association. He is a frequent speaker and author on many leading industry issues. A son of Greek immigrants to the United States, Nick earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
