Hans Olav Hamran is the Vice President of the Tech Sales Business Unit & Cluster Leader Oracle Nordics. Hans Olav joined Oracle Norway in 1992 as an applications consultant and project manager. Since then he has held many different roles, such as Finance Director in 1996, Applications Sales Director in 1999, before being appointed Country Leader for Norway in 2003. Hans Olav held the country leader role until 2006, where he was then appointed Vice President of the Tech Sales Business Unit in the Nordics. In 2009, in addition to his VP role, he assumed the Cluster Leader role in the Nordics.

Seppo Heikura on toiminut Fonectan IT- ja teknologiajohtajana vuodesta 2010. Vaikkei ihan diginatiivi olekaan, on Seppo ollut tavalla jos toisella tekemässä töitä liiketoimintalähtöisen digitransformaation kanssa internetin aikojen alusta lähtien. Aiemmin Seppo on seurannut ja soveltanut tätä kehitystä finanssi- ja telekommunikaatioalan näkökulmista, mukaan lukien näiden alojen omat murrosvaiheet ylä- ja alamäkineen.
Jo varhaisessa vaiheessa syttyi lamppu, että oman organisaation oppimisen lisäksi asiakkaiden saaminen mukaan muutokseen on ensiarvoisen tärkeää. Omakin muutoskivi on toki pidettävä liikkeessä ja välttää sammaloituminen motivoitumalla jatkuvaan henkilökohtaiseen uudistumiseen. Nyt Seppo soveltaa näitä oppeja Fonectalla mediatoimialan näkökulmasta, tavoitteena tehdä tiedosta asiakkaille arvokasta ja saada asiakkaat kohtaamaan omat asiakkaansa entistä paremmin. Mika Rissa leads Oracle’s industry solutions group for discrete manufacturing companies in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has been in charge of developing Oracle’s Industrial Internet and CX Service industry solutions and driving Oracle’s business development at strategic accounts such as Siemens and Rolls-Royce. Mika is responsible for industry specific go-to-market initiatives and represents Oracle externally to system integrators and analysts.
Mika joined Oracle in 2007 from SAP Business Consulting where he managed value based sales and management consulting initiatives at global high tech and aerospace companies such as Samsung, Nokia, Ericsson and Airbus. Before that he was a management consultant for manufacturing companies focusing on modernizing customer service and collaborative supply chain operations. In 1996-2001 he was a co-founder and CEO of a 40 people software company that developed mobile and web based customer service systems with strong integration to ERP and CRM systems. Before that he was in technology consulting focusing on email, EDI and corporate wide area networks, and worked as a freelance journalist and analyst in 1989-1996 at Talentum and Helsinki Media Company.
Mika has 20 years of experience from technology driven management consulting and consultative IT solution sales to Global 2000 companies. He was within 1% top performers at SAP in 2006 and got an Above & Beyond Award at Oracle in 2012.
Mika has an MBA from the Henley Business School at the University of Reading, UK. He has studied in Helsinki, Boston, Zurich and Henley. He lives in Zurich, Switzerland and spends his free time in mountaineering, kiteboarding and cave diving.
