Antonis MonokrousosAntonis Monokrousos
Country leader, Oracle Hellas, Cluster leader, Oracle GCMM cluster of countries

Antonis Monokrousos was born in Kefallonia in 1962. He was awarded his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in 1986 and his M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University College, London (UCL) in 1987. In 2000 he was awarded his MBA from ALBA, Athens.

In 1987 he started working as a System Engineer in PC Systems SA. In 1990, after completing his military service, he started working in Pouliadis Associates Corporation, where he assumed the responsibility to manage for almost three years the Microsoft department of the company, which was at the time the distributor and representative of Microsoft for Greece.

In February 1993 joint Bull Hellas SA as Sales Director of the Private Sector. He was responsible for the sales development in the customers of the private sector, and the development of the partner channel of the company. In 2000 he also assumed the position of the Marketing manager of Bull Hellas SA. In 2001 Antonis joint Oracle Hellas SA as Country Consulting Manager. In 2002 assumed the position of Sales Director in Oracle Hellas SA until 2010 when he became the Oracle Hellas Country Leader and Cluster Leader of Greece, Cyprus, MAK and Malta cluster of countries.

Bid Management Competency Center Manager, Oracle CEE

Frank Zervos is currently the Bid Management Competency Center Manager in Oracle CEE. He has over 20 years experience in Oracle Technology and holds a BSc in Mathematics with specialization in Applied Mathematics and Information Technology. He has managed several sales consulting teams in Greece and South Eastern Europe over the last decade with the aim to propose technology solutions to customers across all industries that meet their business needs and generate business value.

Oracle Cloud Odysseys: Hands-On Workshops

These two parallel workshops will take place on April 11, 2014 as a technical follow up for this extraordinary event, at the Oracle Hellas premises, and are targeting DBAs, Middleware, Applications and Systems Administrators, Architects.

They begin with an overview of the architecture for building Database Clouds, as well as Java Application Platform Clouds, and are followed by practical exercises to plan, build, implement and manage a Database-Cloud/Java Platform Cloud.

The number of participants is limited to 20 people, while technical specifications must be met in order to attend! Register free here.
