With close to 30 years experience in the IT industry as a Software Developer, IT Manager and Pre-Sales consultant prior to moving into Sales, where, for 25 years he has held various Sales Leadership and General Management roles working with Large Global Corporate customers. Paul is well known for his strong strategic thinking approach coupled with an execution focus to win in the market and deliver Quantifiable Business Value to many clients.

Director, Insight & Customer Strategy
Genevieve Mbama is a Director, Insight & Customer Strategy of the Oracle Insight Team EMEA. She has about 18 years of experience that cuts across assurance and business advisory, business & IT consulting and Banking with focus on finance, strategy, product and business development. Currently, she leads cross-functional teams across EMEA on business and IT strategy alignments to deliver business value to Oracle customers by working with the C-level executives to address critical business challenges and support enterprise transformation initiatives through technology enabled solutions that optimize business processes and modernize operations. She conducts financial impact assessments that optimize business value from investments in IT solutions.
Genevieve started her career with Arthur Andersen then later with KPMG where she spent 8 years leading and managing consultative and advisory engagements with top corporate organizations in ICT, Transport, Energy, Public Sector, Manufacturing and Consumer Goods Industries in the area of corporate finance & strategy, set-up financial systems, business process re-engineering and transformation, cost optimization, corporate reorganizations & turnarounds, risk management system transformation, mergers & acquisitions, auditing and accounting solutions.
She has worked in financial services industry in Africa with leading Banks in corporate finance and strategy, structured and development financing focusing on top corporates in Aviation, Maritime, Consumer Goods industries. During this period she successfully supported the development of electronic products tailored to corporate and anchored the Pan African Expansion of a leading Bank through mergers and acquisitions
Genevieve is a Certified Chartered Accountant, a Sloan Fellow and MBA graduate from MIT Sloan School of Management, Cambridge Massachusetts, USA. She holds Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Statistics from a leading
