| Customer Experience The true competitive differentiator
A recent study conducted by Oracle, surveyed 1,300 senior executives across 18 countries on the state of customer experience. The study showed that 97% of the executives considered great customer experience to be critical to their business and results. Another study, Customer Experience Impact conducted by RightNow/Oracle in 2011, showed that 86% percent of the consumers were willing to pay more for better customer service but 89% of the consumers also changed vendor following a poor customer experience. So the rewards are high if you do it right, but equally challenging if you do it wrong.

Breinholt har i sin karriere fortrinsvist arbejdet i den danske radiobranche, ved at starte med at arbejde som radiovært/programmedarbejder i radiokanalen The Voice, for senere at blive studievært, dj, vært og journalist i Danmarks Radio.
Her han har fungeret som vært på flere programmer, bl.a. Musikquizzen, som han dog ikke havde den store succes med, men efterfølgende var han i en periode på fire år var den ene del af værtsparret i det prisvindende P3-program, De Sorte Spejdere, og blev i 2009 studievært i TV 2's program Go' Morgen Danmark.I 2010 begyndte Breinholt på sit eget program, Natholdet.
